Do you have an information guide and where can I find it?

Yes. Please send us an enquiry or give us a call and we can send an information guide to you.

What about maintenance?

We are responsible for and take pride in, maintaining all the grounds and buildings within the village. And here at MiLife we take our obligations one step further and cover the cost of almost all repairs within your villa too. This means you no longer need to worry about unexpected bills.

What happens if I need more care or assistance?

MiLife offers independent retirement living and does not provide care facilities. We follow an aging in place philospohy and assist our residents and their families when it comes to accessing help and care within their home. If a resident does require to move into a rest home our staff will support and guide you through the transition.

What if I have a concern or complaint?

It is important to let us know if you have concerns and we encourage you to speak to your Village Manager in the first instance. Alternatively, we do have a formal complaints process or you can speak to a resident committee member. You can find a copy of our Complaints Policy on our website.
